Arby's - St. Marys

It was overall good. Just had new help but they did ok training should get better

On 1/9/2024 @7:25 pm I walked into the establishment there was no other person in the store. I got no type of greeting at all I was meet with awkward stares from the manager an an employee named Anthony. I got my food I had to ask for napkins purchased iced cream I had to ask for a spoon. An my fries where old the sandwiches where great though. It was just poor customer service.

The girls appeared exhausted. My order was wrong, but I noticed before they were making it, so it got corrected. Glad I checked my order because they forgot to put my last sandwich in the bag. They were Very apologetic so no hard feelings on my part!!! We are all human.

I enjoy the taste of beef they provide.Service was standard.Place was clean.

Hours are either listed wrong, or the employees locked up before closing time. Walked a quarter mile to get food, they came and propped open the locked door, then told me they weren’t open at 12:54
