I ordered two breakfast sandwiches at 10:10 by their app, the app told me that I had to come there until 10:22 and the order I did, and they loaded my card. When I came to the road by the commander, they knew my order. but when I get into the window, a manager who said the breakfast is over. I told her everything and she just shaken and said that the breakfast was over. When I then tried to email the company through the app, it didn't go twice through {like with their ridiculous chat option.} I tried to keep the call and was never enforced to anyone. what a terrible system and I do not do business with this place anymore, again and again. oh and they still try to calculate me for the breakfast I didn't get. what a sweat!
This is a great location. The place was nice and clean and the service was good and polite. The food came out nice and hot and seemed as fresh as it could be. Overall one of the best wendys I've been to in a long time. I went during lunch time so at night it could be totally different.
Just avoid this location at all costs. It's the closest to home so against our better judgement we occasionally try again but regardless of the line, you will wait at least 20 minutes at a stand still and your order will be wrong. It's honestly shocking how rough this Wendy's is ?
I've been here several times over the past 2 months and the restaurant lobby is never open when I go. That does make the wait longer to have drive-thru as your only option; especially when you are only getting one item. Yet, the service is welcoming and courteous, which keeps you going back!
Can't give you any feedback because when I went there I tried to go inside but the door was locked and the drive thru was 8 cars long. I went to Hardees next door instead. Really had a taste for Wendys, haven't eaten there in a long time.
