Bidrage med feedbackI ordered an egg mcmuffin. the service was a little slow. when I got the sandwich, it tasted like it had been cooked on the same flattop, on which hamburger were made. And since this was 7:25 clock and the lunch had not begun, I wonder how well the flat top was cleaned in the front night.
Since I write this, I have been in the online pick-up place for 25 minutes at three mcgriddles. I understand that there is an early break, but the cars in the driveway were not a problem to get in and out quickly. I also have a strange setting of a manager here once before
Honest review: the personal was extremely rude and careless. nuggets tasted as if they were cooked hours before we came. the only reason why this mcdonald’s 2 stars is getting instead of 1 because the cheeseburgers were really good. this mcdonald’s is led by a kiosk and several employees to cook behind the counter. I support the kiosk when it works for mcdonalds. I do not support the pure stance that we have both of the long dredded hair kerl as well as of the girl that the order-handout counter. for so many employees they have to take without orders, they would assume that the restaurant would be clean; it wasn't. almost every table was dirty, eating and müll on the floor, kioske was half clean, men's bathroom was kind of clean, but far from the best, children's playground was closed, but it looked like it was just what was clean there. that is all: if they go to cheeseburgers and riders and want to make the journey through the wut, it is probably worth it. if they plan to go to the house or order chicken, they take a HARD pass. this mcdonald’s is a prime example why not everyone deserves to make a higher payment. they need to train their employees better to take care of their businesses and be respectful to customers who respect them. in foreseeable future we will not return to this.
If they are a misourian, then they know that we love our mickey d’s! Unfortunately, only over every mcdonald’s they visit in our beautiful condition absolutely bombarded their order! it's never what they order lol except this one! this mcdonald’s has a great series of youthful (mostly) that surprisingly nails the order! every time!
I “ate” here 5/7/2022. I placed an order through the app as I usually did, parked in spot number 3, and notified the restaurant that I was ready for my curbside pickup order. I shouldn’t have wasted my time.My first clue should have been the 10-car line that was already on the lot.The second clue should have been the thirty minutes I waited in that spot. Now, I’m a patient individual. And I become relentlessly patient if I have good music on in the car while I wait. For that I am guilty. However, the question at the center of this story is how long would I have waited if I hadn’t looked down at my watch and realized how much time had passed?I shifted into reverse and headed to the drive-thru to see what was going on. After another ten minutes of waiting, I was greeted with an indifferent voice on the monitor. She wasn’t too flattered or surprised that I had been waiting at this point. It actually turned out that they were short staffed and therefore were not taking curbside pickup orders.It would have taken a minute possibly to place a sharpie-written sign across the curbside pickup signs stating this fact.It probably would have taken less time to manipulate the McDonalds app to let everyone stippling by that curbside pickup was not open.Nonetheless I pursued and argued my way to the second drive-thru window. There I was greeted by two individuals who were fully aware that I had been parked and waiting for at this point 45 minutes. I was greeted by two individuals who couldn’t have cared less. I was handed a bag of food and I went on my way.And the chicken nuggets were cold.So not only had they known my order was ready. Not only had they known I was present at the restaurant. They also let my bag of food sit and wait for me.I said I was a patient person to a fault. I still am. But the cold food sent me over the edge and won this restaurant a one-star review.Stay away.Oh and McDonalds manager and franchise owner: pay your employees more. Hire more staff. Make this restaurant a place the other McDonalds envy. Don’t just meet the status quo.
