Mcdonald's - St. Louis

The drive thru was very long due to them being busy. As busy as they were my fries were luke warm and tasted old. The sweet tea I ordered was either unsweetened or very little to tell the difference. I have went to this McDonald's a couple times and the service is always slow no matter how many customers.

Waited 10 minutes for food while it wasn't even busy then get home to find out my burgers were entirely raw on the inside. Fun waste of $14...

We ordered 4 hot cakes meals and 4 biscuits and gravy and 7 hash browns, were shorted one if the hot cake meals. Probably my fault for not checking before I left but I kinda feel like I should not have to check other people's work? I asked my 7 year old daughter to count to 4 and she was able to I guess that is not a requirement for McDonald's workers? I don't know I have never worked fast food

Their fish sandwiches are the best. Great for a on the go. Snack when I'm doing portraits. I even pick up extras for clients.

I gave this place five stars not because the overall restaurant itself but for one particular employee who is amazing. I have went to this McDonald's two nights in a row and have had the same young man help me who is the friendliest most happiest guy I have ever met. His name is Jonathan Mueller and this guy definitely needs to be moved up in the ranks at this particular store. He is always friendly and at the end while handing you his bag he sings the McDonald's theme song and just brightens up your day. I used to work for this particular store back in the day and I understand how tough The Late Shift is but this guy really makes it a fun experience! Yet again please acknowledge your employee Jonathan Mueller for his excellent customer service
