Bidrage med feedbackVery rude driver his name is martin I didn't give him a tip, so he got crazy and the money from my hand crawled and began to mumbling while he runs away and he was staring at me in a bad way they should tell their drivers that we are not forced to give them a tip that the driver must be fired martin!
So this load should deliver to my house, but they have set their system to not take online orders so they need to call and they can not use the coupons. I understand their suppression, but honestly, this is really unfair, and a torn. I'll call and tell me to change my city, which is not yet working. bad customer service bad attitude and unwilling to help, and that was the manager I was supposed to talk to. I guess it's domino what they can expect.
I put an order online for $100 then she called 1 minute to have it delivered in 1 hour, not in the next 30 minutes. the first guy told me it was okay, and he would say the kitchen. then I get a text that says the delivery is on the way. I call her again and an evil rude woman said that jap I know that we were not in the position to do for her because we already made the pizza when they first called it does not do that they have made 8 pizzas in 90 seconds.
Pretty good service, but I think they made their chocolate lava cake smaller and I don't like that, so I think if I offered a feedback, I would probably suggest that they can make the bigger they can't fool me. I owe dom pappadominos greed.
I 'm not sure if it 's common knowledge or not, but you no longer talk to your local store when you place an order for Domino 's, you go to a call center?..After confirming all details of my order, when I got the total for my order and it was more than I expected, I asked the representative why it was so much. She indicated there was a $4.99 delivery charge . I asked if the delivery charge went to the drivers and she said no . I asked why they called it a delivery charge if it didn 't go to the drivers (admin fee would be sufficient and she could not answer my question. She offered to transfer me to a supervisor which turns out was a manager at the local Domino 's that I ordered from. He was able to somewhat clarify the delivery fee, so fine, whatever, it 's $20+ in pizza, and I 'm hungry, right? So all 's good...However when I waited for my order for the next half hour and never received any text messages (which I had asked for as confirmation for delivery time, etc. the local store said they did not have my order. Very mature, thanks guys. Either Sue at corporate customer service or Meek at our local store were mad enough about me asking about the delivery charge and whether they went to the drivers or not for them to actually cancel my order. I expected you to drop it or spit in it, but not cancel my order all together. Thumbs down Domino 's you were always my second choice after Parkway Pizza in St Louis Park...no more
