Starbucks - St. Joseph

My husband, daughter and I stopped here a few days ago to get a quick drink after a walk. My daughter uses the app all the time so no issues with that and our orders were made quickly. However, when I approached the counter in person, to ask if I could get some water added to my refresher the 3 service reps just ignored me! They all three had headsets on and were waiting on the drive-up like that was priority. I finally went into the restroom to add water to my drink, yes the restroom! This is unacceptable. I guess I am too old to wait on or maybe they cannot add water to a drink. After I got my own water, two other ladies came in and they were waited on immediately at the counter. In-person, face-to-face customer service counts! All they had to do was at least acknowledge me and state they would be with me as soon as possible. They would not even respond to me at the counter. I will NOT be back!!

Great staff, super friendly and hard-working! We came in during a rush and every employee was working hard and they all had an amazing attitude/demeanor. The girl working the cash register was very chatty and recommended several things for us to try.

Facility is clean. Service friendly enough. It's not clear to the infrequent customer the protocol for collecting their order after it is prepared. Your drinks and food are placed in a designated area, and you just pick it up. I don't know if they called my name or not because I had to duck into the restroom. Bathrooms are clean enough. There are no paper towels. I would not go out of my way to go here again. Starbucks isn't my favorite but for a number of reasons, it's what worked out. The sandwiches are very small and can scarcely be called filling. I would have enjoyed a Burger King croissan'wich just as much for cheaper

This is my go to coffee shop. There’s usually a long line, but it’s worth the wait. Sara, the manager is so sweet as well as the rest of their staff!

Great staff and recommendations on order. Tried the flavor if the month and loved it.
