Mcalister's Deli - St. Joseph

Placed a take out order in store. Waited 5 minutes to order with 3 cashiers and just 2 guests ahead of me. Received my drinks immediately. Waited about 10-15 minutes for my order. By the time I received my food the ice was completely melted in my drinks. Drove 2 blocks to my destination. Took one bite of my Mac and cheese and trashed it. It was ice cold as if it hadn’t been cooked, noodles were hard too. Also the grilled chicken sandwich is a sorry excuse for grilled chicken. Its not grilled chicken at all rather sliced deli meat. I think this was my second visit to McAlisters and I’ll never go back.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and was surprised that it contained no grilled chicken only shaved deli style chicken, yet the pic clearly shows grilled chicken pieces. Don't order here they do the bait and switch

Love eating here when I want something different. I always get it to go, there quick and ready when the eta is ready. Tea was on point as usual. Wasn't crazy crowded for a Saturday it was calm and nice. Thank you for the food it was perfect as always.

Hope you don't have allergies because they constantly include items you ask to not have.

Tried this place for the first time today and omgoodness it was great! The food was just fantastic I ordered the horseradish roast beef and cheddar and side salad which was huge and atmosphere was great I would highly recommend. We will definitely be goin back.
