Bidrage med feedbackWhile I was eating, I saw the server pick up another huge container of salad, but continued to tell customers asking for extra salad that there was a shortage. It would have made more sense to inform customers before they placed their order in case they wanted to change it. I left the restaurant still feeling hungry and also thought the server was rude.
Upon entering, I witnessed what appeared to be the owner or manager berating an employee for a simple miscommunication. The woman then took over the cooking area and hastily prepared my meal. I hoped that her rude behavior would at least result in a well-filled pita, but I was disappointed to find that my order was lacking in ingredients. Additionally, there were burnt pieces from the grill mixed in with my food. Overall, I was unimpressed with the quality of the meal and the poor customer service. I would advise avoiding this location.
I love having a pita, especially in a clean restaurant. The regular Club Pita is tasty, healthy, and satisfying. If you're looking for a good lunch option, Extreme Pita is the place for you. PITA!
Myself and a friend went in today for lunch at 12pm and both got salads. As he started making mine, I noticed he used very minimal lettuce (definitely not enough for a salad). I asked for extra lettuce and he said "sorry this is all we have for today", pointing to a small amount of lettuce in the tray. You'd think they would get some more lettuce since it was only 12 o clock?? or when I order a 11 dollar salad, which the main ingredient is lettuce, you would tell me there is a lettuce shortage today??? or put a sign up? or charge me half price since I was only given half a salad? SOMETHING. Anyway, as I was eating I saw him take out another huge container of lettuce, but still heard him telling customers who asked for extra that there was a shortage. Wouldn't it make sense to tell the customers prior to ordering their food just in case they wanted to change their minds? Anyways I left their still hungry today. Guy was rude too.
I was in the other day at extreme pita, torbay road location. I am a longtime fan of the chain and have ate at dozens of locations without an issue. I have drove by the location before but never had time to stop in. The other day I came in and I watched as who looked to be an owner or manager, belittled a staff member for a simple mistake which was a communication error on both ends. The woman pushed the other girl to the side as she took over the cooking area and made my wrap. I assumed after the rudeness of the woman I would at least receive what I paid for, but to my dismay I received a wrap with very little filling for what I had paid, and aside from the there were burnt crispy pieces from the grill inside. I was biting into only bread and burnt with veg and chicken only as what seemed to be a garnish. Please don't visit this location.
