Kfc - St. George

I guess extra crispy means burnt on outside and not done in the middle at this KFC. I didn't even bother to eat the Mac and cheese it looked horrible. The biscuit wasn't even done cooking No supper for me tonight!

Traveling through the state, I stopped here for a quick dinner. I missed the entrance because the main KFC sign and the parking lot were NOT lit. This KFC shares a building with another tenant whose location is also NOT lit.. so, it appears abandoned and is easy to miss in the evening. Also, disappointed that I was unable to see the menu board.. Why you may ask? Because the menu board was NOT lit as well, and it appeared severely damaged. I felt bad that the drive thru worker had to clarify and list out some of their menu items to each person in the drive thru line, including my vehicle which delayed ordering. My passenger wanted unsalted fries with their order, however, we were encouraged not to because the wait time would be too long so, we opted for another side to deter from waiting. When we drove up to the window, they informed us to pull up to wait for our order anyhow! Unfortunately, I did not take any of these red flags into consideration beforehand which I should have because our food resulted in being oddly salty in the long run. While we were waiting in our vehicle for our order, a lot of activity was happening in the parking lot of the motel directly next door. Amongst myself and 3 other passengers, we ordered two different wraps, mac n chz, fries, chicken tenders, and other items none of us were satisfied. I am not familiar with this area, so, perhaps this is not the best location, but I will say we drove directly across the street to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and had no issues there.

Do yourself a favor and do not go here. The worse KFC I have ever went to dirty, sticky floors. Food just thrown in bag and grease all over it, mixed up side items and the worse the employees. I never have went someone where customers were in the building trying to enjoy there dinner to listen to nonstop cussing. F’ this F’ that was said multiple times I feel bad for the family that was going in behind us and if we would have been able to turn around and warn them not to go we would have. Do NOT GO!!

The cashier was FANTASTIC! She was kind, welcoming, and friendly. The food was hot, but it tasted as if the grease used was old. The restaurant was clean but old. May consider renovation, if possible.
