Hardee's - St Charles

Well-managed! The staff maintains a tidy establishment and takes pride in serving high-quality dishes. The food is consistently fresh and very tasty. The chicken tenders are especially delicious!

I visited the Hardee's on Zumbehl today (2/15/2022) and went through the drive-thru. There was a woman named Vennie working alone at noon. When I asked her about it, she was very friendly and reassured me by saying, "it's all good, it's fine." She took orders over her headset, was courteous the whole time, and made sure orders were correct while managing both the drive-thru and the counter. I was impressed by how personable she was and had to share my experience here. I don't usually go to Hardee's, but I will definitely go back just to see her. It's rare to receive such hospitality during these times of low staffing. Thank you for brightening my day, Vennie (I hope I got your name right). Bless you!

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch! Skip waiting in line at McDonald's behind 10 cars and receive superior service from Travis. He is extremely professional.

Today by the drive-dru on tobehl (2/15/2022.) there was a woman named vennie who worked alone on the afternoon. When I asked her about it, she was very kind and said, "It's all good, it's good." they would command to take over their headset and be so polite all the time and make sure that the commands were correct while the work of the Drive-Thru and the counter. I was so impressed by the person she was through all that I had to get here to let you all know. I don't often go to hardee, but I'm going back to see her. they do not get this hospitality during these low personal times. thank you for making my day, vennie (I hope I have their names right. bless you!
