"Just decent" is not a phrase I would typically use to review a restaurant, but it's the most fitting for my experience at Timothy's in Port.
It seems uncommon to come across a Timothy's these days. We were unsure if it was open because the sign was not lit up.
If you are looking for a place to relax and stay warm during cold weather, Timothy's in the area is a great option.

ok for a few things in the Holiday Inn. the staff need to improve their approach to customers . offer coffee and special non alcoholic drinks

This is a very pleasant cafe next to the lobby of the Holiday Inn. The coffee is very good; I had no occasion to try the food, but expect it matches the coffee....
