Angel's Diner - St. Catharines

The food was tasty, but the service was sluggish and the noise level in the restaurant was high. It's no surprise they are reducing their operating hours.

I don't even know where to start with this restaurant! The service was incredibly slow and the Greek burger I ordered came on a bun that was covered in mold. We had to track down our waitress to show her the issue.

The food was fantastic, I tried the Elvis burger and it was amazing! The classic bar atmosphere and neon lighting really added to the experience.

We were very disappointed the last time we visited Angel's Diner. That was some time ago. What a difference this time. Apparently, this restaurant has changed ownership and when we visited the last time there had been a change in the kitchen staff . Now there has been a welcome return to the food we remembered because there has been a change in the kitchen staff. The chicken souvlaki was really good and my wife ordered the hot hamburg and it was good too. Our server was friendly. We will be returning again. Recommended.

Went here for lunch. Eileen, the server, was friendly and efficient. She was a real plus. My daughter and I really enjoyed the chicken quesadillas to start. She said her French dip sandwich was good. My chicken cheese steak was okay if a bit dry. I am amazed at the number of places, including Angel's, where you can't order ice tea without sugar or artifice sweetener.Overall, certainly pretty good for a straightforward lunch.
