Ihop - St. Augustine

Everyone was looking over me and my kids we was there about ten minutes before they acknowledged us and then they acted like they really didn't want to take our order we was 6 and a baby and we came in about 11am 12-9-22

I ordered two hamburgers a portion of chicken tenders, the chicken tenders were reheated (old), the hamburger meat was raw and the bacon was reheated as if it had been fried once more, and the silverware was dirty

If I wanted to eat while hearing the waitress argued about other customers or who was going to seat the next person I would have went to Waffle House. My mother and I came in she needed to use the restroom and I was wating to be seated and the two waitress were fighting over who was going to take my order finally they stopped and did come over to great me but said one person I said two yelling across the room put menus down on a table and said over here very bad hosting. I wasn't getting any service tell a lady in a blue shirt waited on me looked like the manager very nice. But the cook also did want to be there my pancakes were still batter mix in the middle and he was throwing the dish on food like he was angry of are order I was quite for the entire time wanting to leave. And why give us ketchup in a normal bottle but give us syrup in packets ?

Nothing out of the extraordinary here. Same food as any other IHOP. Service is a disaster. First server, a young woman, just gave up on us because THEY did not have Sirloin Tips... T-bone steak look BOILED. Probably trown from freezer to grill. Need to improve lots in cleaning.

The food was great! Our waitress was great! Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. My bacon was not cooked to my satisfaction and she had immediately taken care of the cook. It was the second time perfect! The restaurant was impeccable! We're going back!
