Starbucks - St. Andrew's Parish

This is the BEST Starbucks ever! It's situated in WEM (West Edmonton Mall) overlooking the Ice Palace. One can enjoy their beverage of choice/treat whilst watching whatever happens to be occuring below on the ice rink figure skating, hockey... Despite the sometimes long lines at this extremely popular Starbucks, the baristas are pleasant and efficient! Faith and Rae were outstanding!

Terrible locationLove the locationUnfortunately 5 people working and only 2 are actually working, the other 3 a just standing behind the counter talking.. Feel bad for the two working they are trying hard to keep up and this place is packed

This is such a good location especially with the new renovation. Highly recommended.

The counter staff girl is arrogant and she is not at all helpful to those who want to know about customization to the drinks. Acting like the customer is stupid to not know the details. Extremely understaffed, the counter staff is just taking orders and orders not helping out the other staff on floor at all!!
