Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Placed an order trough skip for our work lunch. Got a call from Skip that they were out of an item. Got a second call from Skip and were told the restaurant rudely told them they had no sandwiches and non longer wanted to fill this order so it was cancelled. Between this and errors on previous orders, I'd avoid this location at all costs since they can't get their takeout orders straight. Service: 1

I was in the store for over half an hour and came out of there with nothing. Because after the service I got I did not want any food from this place whatsoever. It started out in the lineup no problem everybody got their orders no complaints. I go up there I order my food but I wanted paid went over to wait for the food. Call my name I went to get my food and I said where's the butterfly shrimp. After a minute or two the lady who took more order said she had forgot to put it in. Now I have to buy and wait for it to be cooked. I then said well the bag of the chickens been sitting so long can I just have renew and then I'm just going to go. It was two pieces of chicken and onion rings I had to drink in my hand already. No that can't happen I have no idea what was happening here they didn't talk to me for quite a few minutes. Then they finally say oh we're waiting for the onion rings that's what I just said forget it I just want my money back I don't want to eat anything from here anymore. Oh here comes the other problem they lost my receipt can't find it so the manager has to look on the register with my name look up the receipt find out what's going on finally put it on the on the machine so I can get it put back onto my card and all this time over half an hour in this store. Very bad service and the thing is there were about 10 to 12 people that got served and they had no problems why all of a sudden was there a problem with my order what had happened. Well what I saw is that the people in the restaurant all of a sudden had different duties one had to go get straws another had to go get something else and my order just sat there again there's another reason why I just I will never go to this restaurant again.

Massive portions for the cost, honestly a better deal than most other fast food places. When I go to sleep I dream about Popeye's chicken. Their burgers have a patty thicker than your hand, and the nuggets/tenders are always so crispy. Biscuits are to die for (and easy to make yourself if you're craving more after one), fries have great seasoning, and their Mac and cheese is wonderfully creamy. Service: Take out

The cajin fries were great, 10/10. however The onion rings were the worst I have ever had I couldn't even finish them, undercooked, soggy. my 4pc chicken was more like 2pc literally they gave me 2 wings with no meat, it was dry however the other two were acceptable and tasted great. chicken wings were good but over priced. Chicken burger crust was soggy, and came with way to much mayo. everything else like the pop, mac n cheese, mash, etc was good but for 55 bucks i rate here 3/5 overall. kind of disappointing.
