Ipho - St. Andrew's Parish

I used to come here once in a while for a quick decent bowl of Pho. I will not be returning. Service was that absolute worst. 20 minutes for our water, 50 minutes for our pho (2 bowls). The restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 5 tables max. During our wait I saw 2 groups come in and the server told them it would be an hour wait. They should have communicated this wait with us when we came in. One of the bowls appeared to have half the normal amount of noodles and meat. When I asked the server about the small portion he literally ran away. He then fumbled with a calculator multiple times trying to add 2 bowls of Pho and add GST.

I used to get food from here all of the time and I loved it. The last two times I went here the food and service was terrible. I ordered the Thai seafood rice and there were only baby shrimps in there. It was missing the scallops and the squid as well as other ingredients. When I called they just said they ran out and offered to give me 10% off on my next order. I asked for the manager to call me back, and of course, they never did. My co-worker ordered the pork chop and rice combo and he said it was the worst he has ever had. Like I said.. this place used to be good!

My spouse had brought me to this cute little spot to try out a new place near us. It is so neat and hip inside. They really put effort into the appearance of this restaurant. From the chandeliers to the booths. As for the food. We had the fresh lemonade which reminded me of mom's homemade. The fried squid was perfectly cooked. We also had the spring rolls which were a substantial size and delicious. You can tell they are homemade not store bought. And the spicy beef pho has the perfect amount of noodle, spice and everything nice haha! I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautifully decorated restaurant but that 's the only good thing about it. Only 4-5 tables were occupied when we arrived for lunch. We ordered 2 vermicelli bowls and 1 pho and waited AN HOUR for them. My friends got their vermicelli bowls and the server disappeared with no sign of my food for another 10 mins. When I finally got it, the meatballs in the pho were FROZEN. Server 's response was they 'll thaw in the broth Unimpressed. I like my food cooked before receiving it, thanks. The service was terrible. The food was mediocre. Never going back.
