Caffe Tech - St. Andrew's Parish

I was online searching for a ECM Synchronika/flow control, and I came across CaffeTech. There was a great deal for the machine an even sweeter deal for Eureka Oro Single Dose grinder. I looked to the bottom left of the web page and seen access to a CaffeTech chat line. The owner Joe began to chat with me right away. I had a zillion questions, as I was a newbie to the espresso world, and wanted to ensure this was the unit. I knew already just because of its pretty looks...Lol. I was a little concerned to begin with as this was a local business, and I was spending alot of money. My concerns were dissolved quite fast. Joe was very personable, and punctual, answered my emails, texts and chat questions like no other. It took me a few days to pull the pin, but I was confident with the product and support I was receiving. When I recieved the machine there was a bit of a glitch I couldn't seem to figure out. Joe was chatting with me, on the phone with me, finally he said bring down to me. Now remember this was New Years Eve, he has let all his staff off for Christmas and New Years, and was running a one man show over the holidays. I brought it to him, within an hour or so it was done, only to find out it was the newbie at error...Lol, me..Lol. There is nothing like doing business with someone that is personable, honest, and a ton of integrity. If your in the market for coffee and espresso machines look no further, Caffetech is the place. He roasts his own coffee too, Ace Roasters, which he also through a bag in the deal. The roasting date was ONE day old, and delicious. Oh and the machine and grinder??, simply perfection, I think my wifes loves it more than I do...Lol...such a work of art!!!

Ordered an open box Rocket Giotto R from Joe at Caffetech last Friday morning (Nov 25), shipping to Montreal. I expected it to take a week but Purolator knocked on my door this morning (Monday 28th) with the (free) delivery! Had the machine installed and running within the hour, fantastic price and service, will be back for accessories and cleaning stuff. Thanks Joe!

Recently purchased a Rocket Mozzafiatto shortly after the holidays and it was money well spent. The open box machine exceeded my expectations and is in immaculate condition. Joe is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate that he got my order ready promptly so I could have espresso working through new years. I have a Baratza Encore grinder and have been able to brew some really flavorful shots it just takes a lot of work to be consistent. Though it's not necessary, for convenience, and as a time saver for my 3:30am wake-ups for work I plan to see Joe for a grinder upgrade. I think it'll be a real game changer if I can dispense directly into the portafilter with a consistent weight. Thanks Caffe Tech!

I purchased a new espresso machine from Joe at caffe tech the experience was amazing. Very knowledgeable , very helpful and quick response to emails and phone calls The technician Ginzio is very helpful as well suggesting tips to help me keep my new machine in great working order. Ace coffee that is attached to the store is a perfect place for meet ups and lattes

Joe and his team were very helpful with my pre-order. I really wanted the Moccamaster in Juniper. They were all super friendly when I called to get an update. Joe sent me an email advising when it arrived and it would sent out priority post. I got my beautiful Moccamaster the next day. So so excited, made a cup of coffee and omg… delicious and hot!
