Papa Johns Pizza - St. Albert

We ordered Papa John's throughout Canada and the USA.... That was not a normal Papa John's experience or quality we love... There were hardly any beats on the pizza and the small amount of beats in the centre of the pizza was overcooked. WORD OF ADVISE! Do not cut corners and itchy when you make a pizza because you get negative reviews and customers do not return. Let's be honest, it's pretty hard to screw up a pizza. The good news is that they gave us a loan and if we order the next time they meet the normal Papa John's quality, we will edit this review.

Although we love their pizza and it is very affordable, their customer service is TERRIBLE! We ordered pizza for 5 o'clock (ordered on the app) and received our pizza only after 6 o'clock. You have completely forgotten our order and have not started to make it until I called 3x and finally got someone on the phone and remembered that we had an order for 5pm. I really feel like the last straw. So often? ve ordered and a problem happened.

My husband and I have a small pepperoni pizza, the jalapeño bites, medium pizza ( whatever it has) and garlic knots and pepsi. A selection of Dips and the Shaker will season. While I usually enjoy pizza, this time it was undercooked and the facility forgot some of the dives and shakers. It wasn't very pleasant. Maybe one.

The self was great. Very poor customer service. Many times called to answer them. Wouldn't you help to repair an order and if they give the door to the dash driver our drinks that they knock the door, so now I? m from pop and money and they are from a repeat customer!

I ask for bbq sauce to be drizzled onto the pizza every time I order. Today when I ordered, the man on the phone said that there would absolutely be drizzle on the pizza. There isn?t, and it?s just annoying when you?re guaranteed something and you don?t get what you asked for. Will not be ordering from here again.
