Bidrage med feedbackI have lunch special chicken teriyaki sandwich with Caesar salad. It was $17.50 with a drink. The drink was the best part. Sandwich literally had Teriyaki chicken on a bungalow, nothing else. The Caesar salad was only salad with dressing on it. Hardly... every dress! It's always been too expensive, but the food was great. Not sure what's going on. Deceased
I went to this restaurant for 15 years and always had a decent meal. Although slightly overpriced, it was the place to get a whole sandwich made with a side of handmade frits fresh. Today was definitely the exception. A simple request like sourdough bread with tuna and tails was lost on the kitchen staff as they served a soggy, overcooked full-white ball with some tuna on it. My lunch companion order a simple ham and cheese croissant and got a roasted croissant with turkey and avocado. There were three people in the restaurant, so 'busy' was not a good excuse for such a failure of our order. 35 dollars later we left hunger and misfortune. Anyway, I don't remember the Naked Lunch. I hope it was just a free day in the kitchen.
Slightly expensive, but the food is fantastic. Although it may appear to be just a sandwich shop, it offers much more. This time I tried the hamburgers, but I plan to try something different next time. The only downside is that the waitress/cashier seemed overwhelmed with taking orders, serving, and cleaning. Despite this, I will definitely return to sample more of the menu.
If you're looking for a fancy atmosphere with sturdy tablecloths, this may not be the right spot for you. But if you crave delicious homemade dishes like fresh soups, made-to-order Paninis, and friendly service, then this is the place to be. The food is great and the prices are reasonable.
I had the BLT on sourdough, and my partner had Roast Beef on sourdough. By far the best sandwiches we have had in a while. The bread, soft, and sooo fresh. The meat, very good quality. How often do you see real slices of roast...beef in a sandwich any more? Nothing processed here, friends. I also tried the peanut butter energy bar, a perfect snack to take on our hike.
