Pizza Hut - Spruce Pine

Got denied service after calling and confirming the lobby closes at 11, we was there at 1030. because they had a larger party, We was told by an employee that the manger Lisa that they was not going to serve us. Our party was only 4 people. They also close at 12.

The night we were there, they must have been an off-day. We go every time we go down south and have always had a good food and service

We had such a good time here at the Pizza Hut we had a large supreme pizza it was enough to feed four people the food was excellent we got our food on time they had a good selection on their salad bar it was a great atmosphere the service was great very friendly waitress restaurant was very clean and fairly reasonable price

Horrible experience. We picked up pizza last night, the guy at the window with glasses couldn’t even keep his eyes open enough for us to pickup the order. Came back to the window several times asking what our name was. RIDICULOUS. Then to beat all that this morning our card was overcharged THERE! Someone put a $10 tip on the order last night!!! We didn’t!!! Horrible employees. I called the restaurant today and the “manager” said he would refund the “$10” and talk to the “employee, that maybe he got his tickets mixed up”. Uh huh how the hell do you mix up writing yourself a $10 TIP!! This place stole from us. SO disappointing!

Great pizza and everyone I've came in contact with at this store has been nice.
