McDonald's - Spruce Grove

The counter service at mcdonald’s is so bad that they are basically not a service for the first few minutes they are there the back is full of workers who run for the drive-thru, which has the greatest priority, why have a counter to begin when it is. not very convenient to enjoy this visit, which I went only for a coffee and I was there over 10 minutes wow

Today they have broken again and made the order wrong. confirmed the wrong order at cash. they win the wrong order so proud to do it quickly. 30 % of the time, they juice their time by parking them - with drink, but without a stray, which...they assure them that they will later be stupid in the bag. Why do you want to drink your drink?! fries were cold as hours cold. their check-out game is long and stops them from the basic task to take the order right. husband gives the last time.

I think that McDonalds trains their employees to NOT say Thank You when you get your order. Why would they do that. I have been going there less and less because of this. You know McDonalds that a little thing like saying Thank You shows...a little appreciation which makes your customer feel good and will come back. I guess you have been missing this. Go figure!

We dined here Saturday night, July 21/18. Burgers had very little ketchup, couldn't see the mustard and the onions must have been measured with a 1/4 teaspoon. Fries were on the skimpy side. But what really ticked us off was that once we were moving...down the highway, and took our first sip of coffee, we discovered that the coffee was lukewarm. We don't appreciate throwing money away. We won't be back and don't recommend.

We drove to the site spruce grove to order food and pick up our available covid 19 masks on day 1, and we were told that they have run out? how can this happen within hours when the maske albertans is available. probably these masks. divided under the team of mcdonalds. no other explanation can make sense....Seriously pathetic! a great sign than advertising that were available to masks.
