Broadway Grand - Spruce Grove

Great place for lunch. And their lattes are SO good. We had their Cubana and The Grand Club. By far the Cubana was the star. Highly recommend! The Grand Club was pretty good. However the sourdough was a bit too chrunchy which made it hard to eat. Also for the price, a bit light on the protein. The upgraded our side to a poutine and also highly recommend! The gravy mixed with rosemary took it to the next level! Have their coffees! We had vanilla and caramel lattes. I'll be dreaming of that caramel latte for some time

Good food! It's a nice restaurant with solid menu choices. Oh ya, had a very good brisket sandwich! Excellent Mac cheese Will be back.

I had an excellent lunch at Broadway Grand and will definitely be coming back. I was a little hesitant on arrival because the parking lot was a bit sketchy. It was a crater filled mess with badly faded lines that didn't give a very positive first impression. Once inside, however, everything was cheery and bright. It's a bit hard to describe, but I would say it was quite modern, but with slightly retro classic touches. Our server was quite friendly and reasonably attentive definitely better than what you would expect at most restaurants. I ordered the burger of the month and was not disappointed. I have to confess that I wasn't listening too closely when all the ingredients were listed (we were in the middle of an involved conversation when we ordered), but it had a very different type of cheese, the relish seemed more like a chutney, and it came with a white cream sauce that was quite different than the usual mayo. In short, everything was different than your typical burger, but it was all amazing. I give the burger an easy five stars. The truffle fries? Meh. They were ok, I guess. I didn't finish them. Despite the first impression, Broadway Grand delivered an exceptional meal at a reasonable price. It's certainly worth checking out.

I've had my eye on this place for quite some time. We have wanted to go here for so very long. Sadly we never had our chance. Now we are in the time of COVID-19 and the world has been turned upside down. This fantastic restaurant is closed to anyone wanting to dine in, take out only now. It's really too bad because I walk through the front doors to pick up my order and see all the chairs tilted up against tables. The place looks fantastic and smells even better. I wish I could give a better review of the interior atmosphere but under the current state of affairs this just isn't possible. The beer selection is craft only and all local which is so refreshing to see. The staff are super nice, I placed my order online and the pick up time was super long...I can't even say I'm mad, the staff apologized over and over saying that they didn't understand how this evening got away from them. I was told this was their busiest night almost ever. I don't mind the wait because I'm a massive supporter of local businesses. Hearing how busy they were made me very happy, the apologies aren't needed if we are taking care of these fantastic restaurants. If we don't they won't be here for us to enjoy when the world goes back to normal. So I bring home dinner. We ordered a meal size Caesar salad with seasoned chicken breast, the Louisiana seasoned chicken sandwich with a side Caesar salad and finally the Black Truffle Burger. So I'll start by saying that one of us are a picky eater, normally a Caesar salad doesn't see the dressing hit the lettuce. Well...VICTORY! A Caesar salad that was enjoyed with the dressing! I'm calling that a win. As for my wife and I we loved the Black Truffle Burger most of all. The beef tasted amazing and the aioli was out of this world. This is be a must have again. The Louisiana chicken sandwich was good but we had hoped for more flavour. It needed more of a Cajun seasoning on the chicken and personally I think a type of Louisiana hot sauce to finish it off. I'm so glad we tried this place even if it is under the current circumstances. I guarantee that we will be returning and hopefully next time we can sit in the restaurant and enjoy the staff and ambience.
