New family of owners are trying hard to make it a go. Let’s give ‘em a chance. Still better than El Tap where everything’s smothered in sweet mole. I hope they’ll make it!
The food use to be great, I'm totally not happy new owners changed the recipes. The Chile Verde was nothing like before, now it's the same mediocre as the rest in Porterville. Will not be in a hurry to go back.
Some pretty excellent fish tacos, do ask for the spicy habanero salsa it goes exquisite with them tacos. ?
Most days, they are out of items to make what's on the menu. They charge what they want regardless of handwriting prices and blame the economy for price changes. If you eat here...your food will be prepared fast if they have items to make it). I get upset when I get charged different prices for the same meal or dish each time we go in.
