Bidrage med feedbackWhole Branzino, Greek Salad, and Feta Fries (enough for two people, the Branzino was the chef's special for the day. A+ on preparation taste) the entire restaurant is BEAUTIFUL! Right in the water.
Loud music from first floor party interfered with ambience for second floor party Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Food is average for upscale. We were shocked that the “special “ was 98$. Double the price of other entrees on the menu. We frequent fine restaurants and expect specials to have a markup but have never seen such a mark up for an ordinary entree Waitstaff should inform customers Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
Wonderful dinner with family. Stunning sunset views of harbor, and food is amazing. 10 out of 10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food deserves 5 stars but the service less than 1 star. I don 't even know where to start because I have been here twice and both times I was unimpressed with the service. The first time the server added $50 to his tip. I reached out to the restaurant and never heard back so I wound up reporting it as a fraud charge to American Express and got my money back that way. To be honest, I forgot all about it after that point. And clearly I was not burned enough the first time because I went back to the restaurant this past Sunday. This time the service was atrocious. Our drinks never came out even close to each other, even though we put our orders in all the same time. And they were only five people in our party. I could understand if we were ordering something very complicated, but the one drink that never seemed to come out in a timely manner was just a simple glass of red wine. Then about 20 minutes into our meal one of the food runners was goofing off and dropped an entire tray of food, which went everywhere, including all over patrons. (There was also a constant smell of weed coming from that area although that could 've been a guest but that didn 't help my opinion of the situation). This was Si Si 's white party so everybody was pretty dressed up and needless to say no one was wearing dark clothes that could cover up food stains. My cousin and his friend got food all over their clothes and we didn 't get so much as an apology from the restaurant. Then when we asked to move tables, they gave us a hard time about it. And because I 'm a glutton for punishment, I decided it would be a good idea to stay and hang out at the bar after dinner. That was an equally bad idea because the bartender was a complete jerk. I first ordered a Bacardi soda and he tried to give me dark rum. He seemed put out that I told him I wanted white rum, and then he wound up filling the drink with Coke instead of with soda water like I had asked. I was nice about it and told him that I wanted soda and he looked at me and said you said you wanted Coke and I responded No, I said I wanted soda. And he repeated in a pissed off tone that I said I wanted Coke. I was flabbergasted because he rolled his eyes at me like I was the idiot who messed up. For three drinks my bill was $100 so you would think the bartender would be less douchy. I understand that this is a really expensive restaurant and perhaps sometimes the staff gets treated poorly. But my husband and I are very middle class and we don 't even live in New York. We save our money so that we can have nice meals when we go visit my cousin in the Hamptons every year. And I 'm not trying to rationalize that it 's OK to treat rich people crappy. I 'm just saying that not everyone who goes these restaurants is is loaded. So when you make a lot of sacrifices to spend money on a nice dinner and then have such terrible service, it 's incredibly disappointing. I will not be back to Si Si 's.
