Wings Over Springfield

Food is mid since the new owners. the 5$ delivery fee is insane! its also higher than any surrounding restaurants. How are the customers supposed to tip the actual drivers using THEIR OWN CARS +GAS a fair tip if the company is already charging to deliver it at a crazy price?

I had an issue with my order because they forgot to add bacon to my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Luckily, I didn't drive off after waiting for 30 minutes. However, the staff was very friendly and addressed the problem quickly. Once I finally received my sandwich, it was really good! I followed an employee's recommendation to use the ranch dusting as the coating for the chicken, and it was delicious. The garlic parmesan tots were also fantastic and definitely worth ordering again.

Once I got to my car, I realized they had forgotten the drink I ordered, so I went back inside to politely ask for it. After leaving, I noticed that my fries were also missing. I decided to call and inform them of the mistake, explaining that I didn't live far and would be happy to return for the fries. I made sure to be respectful throughout the conversation. When I finally checked the fries they did give me at home, it seemed like I received leftovers from the bottom of the bag. This made me feel as though they had purposely shortchanged me. The staff at this location around 8 PM displayed very unprofessional behavior. Having worked at several fast food franchises myself, I believe that Wings Over needs to improve its hiring practices to ensure they have a team that provides at least a basic level of professionalism and customer service.

Wings Over is absolutely fantastic; I honestly can’t think of a better place for wings. Their recent rebranding and new menu are a hit, making it much easier to choose what you want at great prices. I’m also a big fan of how they prepare their boneless wings—they cook them like traditional wings rather than just frying them. It’s a genius approach, but you’ll need to try them yourself to understand why they’re so amazing. Additionally, the dining area is spacious and clean, delivery is always convenient, and the service is exceptional. Overall, they are my go-to spot for wings, and that won't change anytime soon.

I absolutely love the garlic parmesan chicken! There's a fantastic selection on the menu, and the staff is always friendly with excellent customer service. The food is consistently fresh, and I never have to wait long. I highly recommend it! The picture shows the hot honey chicken, which is a seasonal flavor—make sure to try it while you can; you definitely won't regret it!
