Taco Bell - Springfield

The hours say 8 to 4 o'clock, but if I order consistently at 11 it will be cancelled. every time. can even complete an order. seems like several people have this experience. will never go to another taco bell in jumpfield. you are lazy and you are going to rule against your own. That doesn't matter. these reviews all sound the same, but they have not improved yet. what a sweat

Worse experience and yes, I have my fair share of words because the lack of service there. I ordered a coffee that is more than a tee and got a tee. 2. problem appeared doors were locked could not grab and go as I wanted to wait through the drive through because their system was down. but my order has already been paid for what I should wait for. then I was told that I did not return because of their lack of customer service. then I said I commanded for me, but the name on that command was my man. instead of saying, I see that they can order them to make sure that the name is correct, no she tells me I have no order as I show her my order from the app. I'm sorry, worst experience and never back. you didn't have to tell me I didn't return because I wasn't already on account of the lack of customer service. was the manager and if it was, she must have another manager.

I migrated for the majority of the day and stopped cooling me. I met one of the workers here. I just wanted to fulfill her work ethics. she has amazing customer service and great work ethics. I just wanted to give her five stars about customer service and work ethics.

Not sure what was recently changed. but the crispy taco dishes taste and smell either very stale, or as there is a strange chemical taste to them. I've always thought that eating here is good for fast eating, but something's out.

I came through about 445pm the day that the Mexican pizzas came back and ordered 2. I love right around the corner and like to frequent and spend money. Called to tell the restaurant either the tortillas were stale and or the oil was not changed.AMANDA answered the phone and was completely rude. Me and 39 of my friends will now never eat there again! And thanks to the rotten food I have an upset stomach last night.Disappointed. I used to live living close to a taco bell... more like taco hell.
