Starbucks - Springfield

The best Starbucks. I order from them every day if not multiple times a day... its a bad habit but soooo worth it lol. But they always make my drinks perfect every time. The coffee is always fresh and consistent. The best Starbucks ive ever dealt with hands down. And the employees are really cool too. I had to call them due to a Doordash glitch and they were so nice and understanding, (more so than Doordash was) and they knew me by name already too lol. If you are looking for consistency amazing coffee every time this is the place.

I always order form here and usually my drinks are handled with care but inf today that was not the case.

The Pink Drink was great, though too much ice in my opinion. Ice to drink ratio is very heavy on the ice and unfortunately you can only choose no ice at all or ice. No some ice option which would be nice. And as for the matcha frappe, normally I have a good experience but not only was it not filled all the way but it was also just very lacking in flavor. I dont think it was blended properly or something because all the matcha just sat on the very bottom of my cup.

Make sure you get light ice. Youll pay 10 dollars for a cup of ice and a shot of coffee if not.

There are only 4 tables that can be used for working with a laptop. There are power outlets reachable from three of the tables. There are also 4 bar-style window seats, with a twin power outlet next to the window. I rarely have parking issues. There are 24 parking spots in the front and the side of the store. Even if it gets hard to find a parking spot, you should be able to find a spot if you hang around for a few minutes since most people are getting coffee to go (since there are so few tables!.
