Ordered chocolate shaker without hits. they have been clothed and added. instead of scraping off the beats, they mixed them into the shake.

The owner is one of the most rude people I've ever met. they don't apologize if they're false or they have to wait 15 minutes for their order.

Ordered on app. No food after 20 minutes. Was instructed through app to use Call Button. Pushed call button. Waited 10 minutes more and nothing. Finally I stopped a car hop, told her I what had happened (or not happened) and told her after 30 minutes, no food that I needed to leave. Asked her to cancel my order if it had even been received. She said Ok my debit card was billed $7.82 for nothing. Unimpressed. No faith in Sonic App or this specific Sonic. To many other choices. I'll bot with my wallet.

The food was not bad, but the poor girl that took our order still had it wrong after 3 times.I finally just gave up and ate whatever she brought out.Everyone has an off night occasionally!
