Sardarni's Kitchen - Springfield

Been here few times. Been hit an miss. The food has been great, until today. I usually double up my order, but glad I didnt today because the Butter Chicken was watered down ALOT. Ive almost ordered online, but the pices dont match up. A cell number posted at the truck is actually a personal cell number now. Genuinely terrible… I had been urged time and again by friends saying, “You must try Sardarni's!” etc. I ordered the butter chicken from their menu and picked up my order. Once home I unpacked my meal, which was visually unappealing, and tasted the most bland butter chicken ever. The chicken was cooked well enough, however the sauce was watery and bitter. It lacked the flavors one would associate with Indian cuisine, or for any cuisine for that matter. Would not recommend.

Food truck near downtown. Wanted to try pav bhaji but they ran out of bhaji. Mango lassi had a different flavor. Vada pav was good and samosa chaat was also good and filling.

Wonderful friendly staff with delicious food. Every time I try something new, and I have yet to be disappointed. The butter chicken is perfectly creamy, the lamb is moist and tender. No matter what I order the food slaps. Can't go wrong ordering here.

I had the lamb curry. And In a word: wow. Absolutely amazing and the mango laasi washed it all down perfectly. Will definitely be a frequent eater here. This is the place to get Indian food in Lane county
