Filthy Rude Employees Hair in my food. Ice cream machine has been broken for at least 2 years. And then after getting coupon for a free meal because I had lost my appetite from having a hair in my sandwich on my way out there was a roach crawling across the floor in the dining lobby. Gross! Never been more disgusted than I was with this place. Also don't go for a bathroom break either, unless you want to clean the dang thing before even being able to think about using it. I would be ashamed to work in this establishment. Why hasn't it been fined and shut down is the only thing I want to know.

Very BUSY, but... Kept the line moving.And, everyone seemed professional and hard-working. On top of all of that, they were accurate on all of the orders that went out; including mine.Very rare to see this from a McDonald's
Good service and good food, Exactly what you expect from McDonald's and the Dirksen Parkway store does not disappoint, enjoy everyone?
