Lindberg's Tavern - Springfield

This was my first time here although parking was a bit of a pain. I still enjoyed being there as I had meet up with some friends for lunch. The staff was great the food was good seemed to be a popular place to go especially for drinks. I would visit again and would recommend anyone else to even if it's just for drinks they had TV's and looked like a stage no really sure if they have live bands but still recommend a visit.

Great food! I've loved everything I've ever ordered here! I highly recommend the Cashew Chicken Poutine The bands are fantastic. And it's in one of the historic old buildings still standing in Springfield.

A group of us stopped here on the way to St. Louis. Service was great, food was phenomenal! I had a smash burger and it was made perfectly. Not sure what everyone else had, but everyone was very pleased with their selections. And the ambience and history of this place is fascinating! Will definitely stop in again if I venture through again.

Best bar food in all of Springfield, I absolutely love the Brunch Specials. From Lobster Rolls to Chorizo Hamburgers they specialize in Flavor!!!! While you are there have a craft cocktail, so yummy!!!Update: Still Yummy!!!! I have been all over the world eating bar food in different regions. I still have not found better bar food than here. Friendly staff and a good mix of people. Not just a college bar (at least middday/afternoon) and a diverse crowd!It felt welcoming and fun! The food was excellent, and staff was mindful that this was a business lunch, yet still managed to keep up the drinks and check on us, without being intrusive!
