If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove 50 minutes because this was one of the closest ones near me. There were a lot of mixed reviews but I decided to give this location a shot. Soon as we pulled up, the parking lot was so crowded. As we walked in, the place reeked as if it were a farm. There had to be about 3 parties going on and it was so dirty and all over the place. A lot of the games did not work and a lot of them were BORING. We stayed not even past 25 minutes which was very upsetting for the drive we took. The soda machine area was a disgrace. After waiting 15 minutes in line, we were asked how long a personal pizza would take. We were told “we are not doing food orders”. We instantly turned around and left the place telling ourselves never again. I wish I would’ve got a refund for the $25 worth of the card I paid for, especially because we weren’t able to play any games with it being so packed and games being broken. Please choose a different location if you are going to chuckee cheese! and hopefully they hire better employees for this location.

Had my son's 4th birthday here and Julianna and Jadyn went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was very clean, organized and my son had a blast! Highly recommend.

I love this place! The people are nice and welcoming. The food taste great and the employees are so quick with orders!

I give it 5/5 stars. Clean fun for kids and have a lot of things to do nice games exc.... the cake is delicious!

Worst customer service specifically a girl at the cashier got a bad attitude and disrespectful at. Wait time for our is more than 45 minutes the cashier didn't send our order to the kitchen.finally they gave us agly food I my kids are not going sick.
