Centennial Steak House - Springfield

Tina was our waitress and was awesome. Before we visited for the first time we read other reviews and the single star rating are not proven out. Our service was quick, efficient, and friendly. The prime rib was very good and we will be back

We all had steaks, baked potatoes, and salads. All were cooked to the varying doneness we asked for. All were delicious. We also had an order of deep fried mushrooms as an app, and I'd have been happy to stuff myself with the mushrooms, they were so good. Our server was on top of things and super friendly. Will definitely come back. Only minor criticism is the lack of mid-size steak. They have an 6 oz and then it jumps to 14oz, but no 10oz. But that's not too big a deal, really. I'm happy getting the biggy on a special occasion.

Always great food. We like the prime rib, which is served Thurs. Sat. Nice people. The furniture could use an update and the decor could use a scrub but it's not off putting. We go twice a month.

My sister and dad are in a pool League there the waitresses are the best they have fantastic food kids could go in there up to a certain time frame to spend with the family which I really appreciate. It is one of the best bars and restaurants I've ever been in

The drinks are great and the service is friendly, I have expected my food faster than I and there are many billiard tables that they also have video poker, so come by and see us and order a steak you will not regret
