Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen - Springdale

Me and my wife come there as often as possible from Indianapolis. This visit we came down to have a weekend anniversary getaway, and this was a place we had to visit. Our waitress Rhianna was awesome and showed us a nice time. All of the managers and Rhianna wished us a happy anniversary and made our lunch special with a dessert. The sweet potato pecan pie was delicious. Thank you guys and we will be back.

I just wanted to kvell about EJ, our server. We had my husband's 38th Birthday and he treated us royally. We received refills before we even made it through our glass, food was prompt AND hot (my only issue was my shrimp was NOT deveined but I said nothing....but for theis price point, come ON) and he provided candles for us with a lighter! He was our server back in 2019 for his birthday as well, and I was delighted he was there to take good care of us again. He got everyone's order correctly- nothing was sent back AND we gave him a slice of cake and a cupcake. Parking: If you have accessibility issues, park on the right side of the restaurant where the ramp is! Kid-friendliness: Our party was seated in the party room as requested.

This food is a must have, great service, great food.

Ray was an excellent waiter. He was attentive and efficient.

This was my first time dining at Pappadeaux in Cincinnati and it was delicious. My cousin and l ordered the blackened catfish with red bean and rice. Chef 's kiss!! ? His girlfriend ordered "fried cracked balls with dirty rice which she enjoyed and ordered a Greek salad to go. My cousin ordered a dirty rice to go. Our server Jordan was ABSOLUTELY AWSOME!! She was so informative,attentive and accommodating.She is a real asset to this location of Pappadeaux.(we were so grateful she got a very generous tip)I will definitely dine here again when l 'm in town. Parking: Parking is not an issue. Generous parking. Kid-friendliness: Lots of families were dining with their children.
