Mcdonald's - Springdale

This is the second time this week placing a mobile order, we have been told to move to a curbside number for 4 minutes for the fries and ended up waiting over 20 minutes only to receive cold food anyway. At least offer something for the extremely long wait times if you 're trying to cheat your drive thru stats.

Do not go to this McDonald's on a Sunday night. I had an online order posted at 8:56 PM, arrived at 9:01 PM, was told we had to wait 4 minutes for fries and had me pull into a mobile order spot. They brought me the food at 9:21 PM.

I live pretty close to this McDonald's. It's one of the worst I've been to. I had a manager get a little sideways with me. He claimed I ordered something I didn't. What happened to the customer is always right.Tonight I ordered my son a 4 piece nugget happy meal. When they handed me the food I asked if there was bbq sauce. The guy at the window said yes and even gave me an extra to be safe. We got home and my son pulled out a hamburger.

Stop pulling customers up to save time on your DT.I've been waiting for 15 minutes for a 6 piece nuggets and small fry. Wouldn't be as mad, if I didn't get pulled into a spot. It gives the impression that you have forgot about them.

Went in to eat , ordered a meal that never came. They where getting people's orders wrong.One of the managers came out and started yelling at me saying I was rude..I was just setting not talking...So I got up to get out of there she followed me out the door going nuts at me...Some one from McDonald's needs to give me my money back.
