Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

Hey idiot, why would you go through a DRIVE THRU and not know what you want!!!!!! Drive thru's aren't for them to sit there and go over all 40 flavors of ice cream they have and every different way of making it. Moron!

My family and I went to the Sringdale Aquatic. After we decided to get a shake from Braums. Drive-thru window employee was very rude and a smart -ss. We asked what flavors of shakes. She responed Van,Choc.,Stawberry. and 27 other flavors. what does that supposed to mean. There must be millons of flavors today. So, we asked for a certain kind and she says we dont have that,then we asked for another and she says,we cant make that. So what the hell were we supposed to aks for.? We asked well what do you have? She says we have orange sherbert. and we waited thinking she was going to read some. But nothing, she says is that what you want. we say no thank you and drive away. We think she could of handled the situation better. Way better cause we dont go all the time so we dont know what flavors you have. Tired or whatever problem she had. You are suppose to read out the flavors or at least a few. Maybe the menus should have a list of the flavors you do have available. when you go a Ice Shave,they have a list of thier almost 100flavors. why cant you? We will never go to any Braum's again. We rather go to Sonic. Faster and friendlier all around the world.

It is always a very quiet place where I give only four stars because no one seems to enjoy a job there, but the place is clean and the ice creams great

This place has the quality of a 1950s Burger Joint I loved it there the food was real the help smiled and it is very fast service got my food I was surprised in the fast amount of time I received my meal, it was excellent it brings to shame all the others, this was a really pleasant meal and it was really tasty can not say that about Burger compounds today more but go for this if you will

Don't eat bad, but I really get tired of people who push when I try to order. You always say everything else... every other one according to any article you order, it's not very professional in my opinion and I've been driving away from it.
