Wendy's - Spring Hill

Repeatedly the worst location of all Wendys. 40 minutes last night to get soggy cold unsalted fries and all sandwiches and burgers wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich and when I opened the wrapper that said chicken on it, it was a junior sized burger, just two buns and meat. Ordered a baconator and opened to find nothing but buns, 1 burger patty and 1 piece of bacon. And to top it all off the spicy chicken sandwich was buns, mayo and lettuce. NO CHICKEN. Threw it all in the trash and ordered pizza. Would love to see this location close and be replaced by something new that can actually get an order correct and fresh. Food looked like a health hazard.

Very bad hygiene they don't use gloves the bathrooms and kitchen are very dirty

This is the third time that I've been to this location at night (7pm) and they get my order wrong. I was charged $23 for my original order but got a small chicken sandwich and small single burger with two small fries. Not only did I get over charged but I got the wrong order and the drive through employee was rude. Oh and of course I don't get a receipt so I can't report it. I will not be returning to this location. Also I was served small fries with little pieces of aluminum mix in it. I will be reporting it to the health department.

No longer allowing mobile orders to be picked up at the drive through nearly entirely defeats the purpose. It used to be a fast easy process, now if you want your order you have to go inside.

We had classic and spicy chicken sandwich and food was delicious. The chicken was tender, juicy and well cooked. The veggies used were fresh. Would like to try the other options as well.
