Spring City

We went for Mother's Day dinner (12 of us), and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinners, from the perfectly done broiled flounder, to the petite fillets, their famous chicken kiev and more. Everything from the salad bar was fresh and tasty. The desserts were lusciously good. The owners and staff were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxed. This family-run restaurant is a real gem.

Great food and beers for the price! Staff is great! Not open Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays.

I made a post this weekend. I want to apologize to the owners and employees.

We needed a stress-free Thanksgiving this year, and ended up gathering our family for dinner at the Spring City Hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. The gracious owners Deb and Bill made us feel like family. The turkey dinners were just like homemade with all the fixing’s. The salad bar was fresh and clean, the soup very tasty, dinner delicious and the slices of pumpkin pie were a perfect finish. I’m so very glad we decided to have dinner here. Thanks so much for making our Thanksgiving a good one.

This man needs to be shut down and his entire family are criminals. I responded to an ad Bill Hoffman placed for kitchen help. I had a brief interview. They hired me and told me to come back the following week. The agreed amount of pay was $10.00 an hour. During my short employment with them I endured disgusting working conditions. Mold growth on the walls and food was being cooked in the same room where the mold growth was present . To make a long story short, a friend of mine told me to stop working for him because Bill Hoffman is a slimy slum lord and a codes breaker. I didn't work for him long because I saw the way he operates his business and believe me he is a straight up con artist. His entire family is involved. Hoffman owns all kinds of buildings and apartments in the chester county Pa area and Montgomery county Pa and he does not keep his properties up to code. My suggestion stay away from this con artist family. They are a disgrace to Spring City and why codes enforcement has not shut them down is beyond me. Hoffman con family. Stay away from them at all costs. Don't give them business.
