Pizza Hut - Spring

This store is the worst. They messed up the online order. Remade the order and messed that up. The so call manager Nae was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. On top of all of that, it was a hair in the pizza. This is not the first time that my order was wrong. I will never order from this store again and if you don't want a horrible experience, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER!!!

I had a problem with my order, i called and Mercedes was EXCELLENT ?? she fixed my order and sent fresh food and apologized several times. Customer service was EXCELLENT, her care for my concern was EXCELLENT. My second driver was also excellent, he had the Hot bag and also put my ranch on the side instead of in the box. Took 2 hours to get my order. It was cold and nasty and I called the store 7 times no answer the first few times and then they just started picking up the phone and hanging it up. This location needs to be closed.
