Ming's Chinese Cafe - Spring

Great food, friendly staff. Super fresh food and always delicious! We eat here at least twice a month. This place is much better than Shogun's, and it's nice to support local family restaurants. The staff is always super friendly and fast. Everything on the menu is great, it makes it hard to decide what to order!

Fantastic food. My wife and I love Japanese and Chinese dishes here and the specialties they do. The varied selection of sushi is always fresh and tasty to die. This last weekend we had their Crawfish Salad as our appetizer and were shocked at the presentation and taste that would rival any high-class restaurant, all I can say is absolutely beautiful. Ming is a wonderful culinary experience. We'll be back again and again. Please continue the facility and service we love here.

Ming's Brings it!. This small little cafe offers a quaint setting, personal service and reasonable pricing. Time and time again they have served excellent meals and has always treated the customer with respect and act as if they are honored to have you as a customer. Their crab puffs are to die for and in my opinion surpass P.F. Chang's which I absolutely love. That is a lot to say for a small cafe like this. It has been a long time since I have actually seen the added ingredients mixed with the cream cheese in the crab puff. Or a crab puff that wasn't all crisp and no puff. These babies have plenty of puff and are scrumptiously delicious. Although these are my favorites I have never had bad selection from Ming's. Try it you won't regret it.
