Charm Thai Bistro - Spring

Catfish and Eggplant dishes were delicious. The pad see ew with eggplant was average. The noodles lacked the slightly burnt taste and the shrimps were small.The chicken satay was good, but the sauce was a bit watered down. I would recommend skipping the Roti and Curry as it reminded me of a piece of frozen roti, microwaved and lightly pan fried.

Love Charm!! Been coming here for great Thai food since before Covid. The food is always super tasty and hot (temperature) and made to your level of spice. Staff are always super friendly even though they a running their tails off! Will be back for more!!

Finally, a Thai place that won’t kill your taste buds with spice.Just the perfect amount of spice to make toe food flavorful .Heat levels ranged from one (mild) to five (hot).Great selection of food.Red curry was delicious.Pad kee mao, even with mushrooms, was very good.Will definitely go back if in the area.Great happy hour specials.Lychee sake was very good.Beautiful decor.Everything was very clean.Friendly staff.

This has recently become one of our favorite spots! The curry and pad Thai is some of the best I've had in a long time!! The staff is so nice and service is amazing! I 100% recommend!

Food delicious, service was excellent and the restaurant has good ambiance, clean and inviting. I highly recommend Charm Thai Bistro
