Bay Fusion - Spring

Ordered a vermicelli bowl, and it was outstanding. Service was good, but the food is even better! This will be my new go to Vietnamese food spot, would definitely recommend!Food: 5/5

First time at this location. The restaurant was clean. It was pretty empty as it was 1 PM, so I guess the lunch crowd had already come and gone. The restaurant had nice decor and all around nice atmosphere. We tried the Pad Thai, Mekong Grill beef, Shrimp Pho and the fried egg rolls. Food was good. We took everything to go.Food: 5/5

Do not recommend going to Bay Fusion if you have any type of food allergy. The staff running the front of the house refused to ask the kitchen if the few items we named contained my particular allergy and then suggested we just go somewhere else. I can understand if they say they can’t change certain items (for example, meat that’s already marinated, etc. but they won’t even answer your question regarding ingredients, just tell you to order something else or go somewhere else. Our experience was that it was not a very friendly place.

You order at the counter the servers bring the food to your table. It was a clean nicely kept place with a chic interior that does not look like the usual Vietnamese Pho restaurant. The modern colourful paintings on the wall, together with a soothing background music (similar to the music you might hear at a day spa or massage parlour) makes the dining experience to be a pleasant one. The staff were friendly the food was great as well.

The food here is amazing! Every dish is made with fresh ingredients and packed with exploding flavors. I’m never disappointed with any of the meals with all having their unique tastes. Highly recommended??
