Mcdonald's - Spokane

The store's hours posted on the door indicated that the lobby would be open until 9pm on Sunday. When I arrived at 7:30, I found the lobby to be closed. The explanation given was that there were not enough employees to work the front, yet the person who told me this was just cleaning. I also saw at least 4 staff members present.

Whenever I visit, their fries are always stale and the burger was extremely dry, I couldn't even finish it. I have no intentions of returning to this restaurant.

The manager was not very understanding when I mentioned that my food was cold. He tried to argue that it was actually warm, but I believe that slightly warm food should be the standard. Unfortunately, when I asked for a remake of my order, they were not very happy about it.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder tonight and it was raw in the middle. I had gone to the drive through and straight home a few blocks away. The center was so pink it was cool in the middle.

I came in just to get a coffee and I was greeted by Scott. He was impeccable, very kind, and on top of everything. McDonald’s is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Thank you Scott!
