Konoba Fetivi - Split

Very good food. Every penny worth it. Prices are more than reasonable for this quality of seafood.

Just the best fish I've ever eaten in my life, period. This restaurant manages to transfer from food to culinary art. We received a sea bass; Swordfish, monks and tuna cuts; Shrimps; and grilled vegetables as part of our plate. It was really such a great experience. I would recommend to everyone to eat here and order the fish. Shame, the tables nearby were too loud, too much wine and a lack of self-confidence. But the ambience and the surroundings were otherwise excellent.

The food plater was very good, a mixture of local grilled fish and seafood. It was not too busy at 6PM, so there were free tables, but later hour could be better to book before. Very nice service and outdoor seating with views of historic streets.

That was our favorite restaurant of our Croatia trip! We came to another restaurant after the decision against food, which was just overpriced. Konoba had AC, which was a must with the current temperatures. I have to say I haven't enjoyed food for so long. The person who served us who I suspect was either manager or owner, was just so passionate about eating. We went for the fish plate for two who could feed maybe 3 but was enough for us. The fish is all produced locally, and caught daily as fresh as it becomes. Every single fish was amazing. The tuna tasted like the tenderest steak I ever had. We also had their dessert of the day, that was chocolate mousse with olive oil and garlic. Sounds weird, but it worked really well. We are very full and happy.

Got the pumpkin/squash shrimp soup and the fish plate for two (really three). Everything was super fresh and caught locally that day, perfectly seasoned and grilled with a nice char flavor. Service was attentive and helpful. Ambiance was great—we eat outside on the side of the street, taking in the city vibes and attracting a friendly cat or two.
