Sevens Out Bbq - Spicewood

This bbq spot is no longer there. Instead it's an awesome distillery called Iron Wolf with a pizza food truck called CraigOs pizza. There's plenty of seating room outside the distillery with a play ground for your children! The cocktails there are hella delicious and the staff has a classic southern hospitality you'll be sure to enjoy. The pizza was bangin! We got the house pizza that had sausage, pepperoni, roasted green peppers and caramelized onions on top. The crust is a nice thin nyc style crust you'll appreciate. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty slow but we really enjoyed ourselves.

What an awesome surprise from a food truck at an elementary school event. The team running the truck does an excellent job. They are very friendly and help you make the right decisions. I ordered the rib plate with two sides of Mac and cheese and the brisket tacos (without pickle and onion). It was all amazing! The ribs have a somewhat sweet flavor that is balanced out with whatever seasoning/spices they use and they are so tender! The brisket was some of the best I've ever had and I'm glad I tried it with a bit of their homemade bbq sauce as suggested. Mac and cheese can be hot or miss, but this was on point. Super yummy. At just under $30 (including a tip) for huge portions of tasty food from a truck, I say it's a great deal. It fed us for dinner and leftovers as a snack the next day. I'm so pleased we tried.
