I ordered online for a walk in and I got there exactly 10 minutes after I ordered and my hot coffee was ice cold and it was supposed to be caramel and it was pumpkin and I’m not to impressed with this place

It 's Duncan 's what 's not to love? Besides the price ... It 's how much ? Ohhkayy... Just kidding LARGE iced coffees are three something, and I love their two for $4 bagels!!! I still seriously don 't understand why people buy small or mediums?! I have to laugh because the difference between that and a large is always like 30 or 40 cents? Just get the large . I seriously just roll my eyes and kind of giggle to myself when I hear "YES Can I have a medium ice, with two splashes of almond milk, three cinnamon pinches, a dash of mocha, eight pumps of caramel, seven sugars, one and a half 2% milk, and some whipped cream, oh and less ice* Would you like some coffee with that?!
