Giardino Bonci - SPELLO

Poor service. We waited 40 min before our drink and order finally arrived. Although the garden is beautiful it is not worth the wait.

We were in Spello for the afternoon and we’re looking for somewhere cosy to have afternoon tea. We found this place and walked in, as it was warm. The décor wasn’t very appealing, but I decided to ignore that as I asked the very glum-looking lady behind the counter if they served coffee. She looked at me as if I had asked her whether or not I could have some rust-flavoured gum. She nodded after gawping at me, and I couldn’t help but roll my eyes as we sat down. We ordered some coffee and some hot chocolates which we quite delicious and very nice on a very rainy evening. I would recommend, but I don’t think that they like answering questions.

I rode here on my bicycle on a Trek Travel tour. This was the first place I found that was open at 5pm and I am absolutely happy that I found it! Great service! The food was excellent! Pizza Hut the spot and the meat/cheese board w/ salted bread were absolutely delicious! I’m so happy I found this little spot!!!

This large hidden patio overlooking fields and the mountain is worth a stop at this small restaurant. I recommend it for a nice stop to rest after shopping and walking in Spello. Relax and enjoy an Aperol Spritz. Service is friendly too.

This lovely bar is located in a fantastic area of the city and you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the outdoor garden. I recommend it only if you have no great claims: the place is a little spartan, discreet service and the quality of the menu to be reviewed.
