Waffle House - Spartanburg

Waited for twenty minutes for service. The lady that was out waitress was ill and slow. She put our silverware on napkins and just went and sat down. Like I said after about twenty minutes she finally got up and took our order. The cook was nice and friendly.

The service was extremely bad at this location. The cook had a terrible attitude toward staff and threw objects. He didn't cook our steaks properly I had to place my food in the oven and microwave when I made it home. The hashbrowns were overcooked on one side and half cooked on the the other. The waffle iron needed to be thoroughly cleaned. I wouldn't return to this location or recommend it unless there was a complete overhaul in staff and cleaning.

The food was delicious. It was hot, and exactly how I ordered it! Thank you Waffle House!

Been to many waffle houses but this one today... breakfast time crew needs to be the standard across all houses!!! All Crew members was awesome, interacting (not just the regular hey how are you) with all customers they was packed. I have never heard the cooks call out things like best food fast just out the blue. Food was fast, everthing was cooked to perfection didn’t have to send anything back! All waffle houses need to take note of how they do! P.S. thanks for the tip for turkey legs

Fully staffed so you get your food fast! Clean and friendly.
