Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I went through the drive thru and the worker asked me to take my order, I told her a moment, then when I decided to order. She didn't react. I waited a few more moments, then I killed my horn... and the worker reacted disrespectfully and said, "You know what you just have to wait because I'm the only one here?" I decided that I didn't want to eat here anymore and when I drove around the building to look into the store, no one else was in the line, and then the thru worker stood with a conversation with one of the chefs. Crazy that she decided to just grab me because she didn't want to interrupt her conversation and take the order. Won?

Make an online order at 3 to be picked up at 4 an hour later. Go on the ride around 4 and was said they can't take orders anymore. I informed them that I made an online order an hour ago and had to pick it up. You told me I didn't do it and that my order just came through. My confirmation email has clearly stated that I am. I was told they just dropped chicken and I had to wait. If I had the time for it, I wouldn't have disturbed the online order. I told them to cancel my order and don't go back. Update: of course they did not cancel an order. I had to fight with my cc and get a refund. Wrote companies and never get an answer. Bojangles sucks from top to bottom.

Ordered an eight piece family meal with unsweetened tea. Told the idiot taking the order unsweetened when order in, when paying and when the order was handed to me.Was told it was unsweetened all three times. Got home, sweet tea. Not only that, only had seven pieces of chicken. Idiots can't count to eight.If the management can't staff the restaurant better than this, he should close. Worthless staff, but not surprising considering their ethnicity.

Ordered bo rounds was given fries. Bo rounds was on the receipt. Long wait apparently for fresh tenders and they were very small and cooked past crispy. Gave us tea with no ice until I asked about it then given a cup of ice. They need to have better management to watch over what is going on and watch what is going out the door. If not they are going to continue to lose business. I will try the new one being built near my house once they open. Hopefully a lot better.

All I can say is wow, this is what I paid for? Id rather them tell me there is no more mashed potatoes then to give me this hard, small ball of ?potatoes? they scrapped out of the pan to MAKE the small bowl.
