Rossy's Delicias - Spartanburg County

Finally stopped by and got a few items to try. Walking in can be overwhelming as they have pictures everywhere of all the items they make, and they ALL look so good! For our first time we got Esquite (mexican corn in a cup), Manzana Loca (apple with different add ins), and Fresas y crema (strawberries n cream). All were delicious, and I love that you can pick a size of esquite. There are so many things to try here, we will be back!!! These are picture from my first time coming, which was my Freshman year. I have brought multiple friends to Rossy's since and now all of my friends at school know who they are. I am now currently in my Junior year of school and I am so glad to discovered have them on Yelp. They are overall inclusive of the Deaf/ Hard Hearing Community by knowing basic ASL and Spanish Sign Language because their wonderful Chef is deaf! I've made amazing friends with their owners and their food is UNLIKE NO OTHER! Super delicious and unique choices. They just remodeled their space so it has indoor seating and even before they had it, I loved their inclusive vibe and OBIVO SON LATINOS SO YO SOPORTO MUCHÍSIMO! Gracias a ellos por siempre tener una sonrisa! 100/5 stars!

Used to be so much better. It’s obvious they have decided to start cutting corners, I guess trying to save money on food cost. Please know it doesn’t go undetected. For example, a milkshake must contain ice cream and milk. If I wanted an Oreo icee I would have (not really) ordered one. It’s a shame. I’ve been going there for 3 years. Her prices have continued to go up while the quality has continued to drop. Get it together Rosie!!!! Do better!!!! Since you’re gonna charge $7/taco please at least make it delicious rather than cutting corners, thinking we won’t notice. It’s foolish!!
